Cancel more than 72 hours before your class start time and you receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.
Cancel between 72 and 48 hours before your class start time and you receive a 100% credit, which you can use toward a future class or products.
Cancel less than 48 hours before your class and you receive a 25% credit voucher, which you can use toward a future class or products.

Once the class has started, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling a class is subject to availability and the discretion of GRF Training, LLC. Rescheduling is available for up to 60 calendar days from the date of the original class.
There is no fee for the first reschedule of a class. Subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a fee equal to 20% of the original class fee.
Returns and refunds of products are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the product, not GRF Training, LLC.
