North American Rescue’s compact, vacuum-sealed Individual Aid Kit is designed to treat bleeding from penetrating and other traumatic injuries. The items in this kit are simple to use by non-medically trained caregivers. The purpose of this kit is to control bleeding and cover penetrating injuries until medically trained responders arrive on scene.

Refund and cancellation policy
Product returns and refunds
Returns and refunds of products are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the product, not GRF Training, LLC.
Class cancellations and refunds
Cancel more than 72 hours before your class start time and you receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.
Cancel between 72 and 48 hours before your class start time and you receive a 100% credit, which you can use toward a future class or products.
Cancel less than 48 hours before your class and you receive a 25% credit voucher, which you can use toward a future class or products.
When refunds are not issued
No refunds will be issued for:
Failure to attend (no-shows)Partial attendance, including the online session of a blended learning classLeaving the class earlyFailure to meet course or certification requirementsOnce the class has started, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling a class is subject to availability and the discretion of GRF Training, LLC. Rescheduling is available for up to 60 calendar days from the date of the original class.
There is no fee for the first reschedule of a class. Subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a fee equal to 20% of the original class fee.
