Class Description

The Adult CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA, workplace or other regulatory requirements. Blended learning (BL) courses include an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a digital certificate, from the Red Cross, which is valid for two years.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancel more than 72 hours before your class start time and you receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.

Cancel between 72 and 48 hours before your class start time and you receive a 100% credit, which you can use toward a future class or products.

Cancel less than 48 hours before your class and you receive a 25% credit voucher, which you can use toward a future class or products.

When refunds are not issued
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend (no-shows)
  • Partial attendance, including the online session of a blended learning class
  • Leaving the class early
  • Failure to meet course or certification requirements

Once the class has started, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling a class is subject to availability and the discretion of GRF Training, LLC. Rescheduling is available for up to 60 calendar days from the date of the original class.

There is no fee for the first reschedule of a class. Subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a fee equal to 20% of the original class fee.

Returns and refunds of products are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the product, not GRF Training, LLC.
